This flow of never-ending movement is designed to trigger and develop your mobility, flexibility and range of motion. Yoga, Pilates and the 5 main stretching techniques will gently lead your way to finding and challenging your boundaries while at the same time providing active recovery, relax and finding the Chi.

This Zen class consists of several interconnected key parts placed in a logically based order. Starting with general light mobility, going to self-therapeutic manual practices, passing through breath work techniques, and ending with guided meditation, it is designed to bring your sympathetic & parasympathetic nervous systems at peace, to clear your cognition and to mindfully bring your being at resting state.

  • overall light mobilisation
  • releasing trigger points
  • enhancing breath work
  • attaining an aware rest state

  • we will use walls/ chairs for support when needed
