A Barre Trainer/ ballet dancer is balancing in a position on the yoga mat near by the barre.

Univerzal Barre™ is another highlight by Ballet Univerze™ combining the most comprehensive training elements of the fitness, ballet and barre world. This is a full-body all-round experience created to improve your endurance in strength, mobility, balance, extensions, alignment, and willpower. While using the floor, own body weight, extra weights, resistance bands, pilates balls, and support objects you will gain full body-mind alignment and perfect control over your breath.

All levels of experience are welcome!


Duration: 60 min

  • enhancing overall joint alignment


Equipment:

  • a training mat
  • a support object, such as chair/ training box, or similar
  • an infinity resistance band/ Thera band

HIIT stands for High Intensity Intermittent Training and we are going to mixed it up with specific barre and dance movements! Get your heart rate up, take advantage of your breathing and let your mind be the stronger unit than your body, because your willpower will have to toughen up to get you through these 60 min!

Eleganz Barre™ is a fusion of Ballet technique basics mixedup with full-body fitness workouts. It will spotlight the exquisite Ballerina within you by training your stamina, posture, extensions, balance, and musicality.  Be ready to gracefully hit every muscle fiber of your body, challenge your full awareness and control over your breath. Walk in of flat, walk out on pointe.

Home friendly workout/ No fancy equipment required/ Beginners welcome!

  • you, your water bottle and a mat
  • we will use walls/ chairs for support when needed

Reverzed Barre™ is a unique training combining the principles of the Barre and Floor Barre methods as the main focus points are strengthening and shaping the booty and the back. It is designed for all levels of experience and ensures high quality burn!

Focus:

  • strengthening glutes/ hams/ calves


Equipment:

  • a training mat
  • a support object, such as chair/ training box/ Swiss ball, or similar
  • an infinity training band/ Thera band 
  • weights of any sort (not heavier than 5 kg)

Floor Barre Work is the only training method that allows professional dancers as well as non-professionals to train their neuromuscular control, joint alignment and skill acquisition without having to bear their own weight standing. 

It is a perfect tool for gaining endurance in strength, shaping beautiful lean muscles and perfecting ballet technique.

It is performed mostly on the floor and requires no previous experience.
