by Ballet Univerze™ are based on the ancient Ayurvedic Yoga Massage method, combined with principles of the functional anatomy, Thai massage, high- pressure deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and energy lines activation. It is designed to detect the problematic zones, eliminate the issues, deliver stress relief, recharge vitality, and restore the peace within the the human

body-soul unit. Implementing the therapy to your self-health care routine once a week, optimises the stress levels, prevents injuries, improves the posture, ensures for muscle & fascia elasticity, for full body mobility while diminishing overall physical and mental tension.

• A full therapy session lasts 60 to 80 min long and takes place at the comfort of the client’s/ patient’s home. It is performed on the floor, on a massage mat, with essential massage oils, and with Indian massage powder- Calamus that are brought to the location.
• Before their first session, the client/ patient is required to list in advance their allergies (eg.: Arnika, Lavender, Rose essences, etc.) and medical conditions, if any at all. 
• Before their first appointment, every client/ patient is required to fill out, sign and send back the B.U.™ Participation Agreement Policy.
